Parent Teacher Conferences 2020

Dear Parents,

Our first Parent-Teacher Conferences, which are scheduled for October 12-14, will be held virtually this year. Scheduling of conferences can be arranged through the scheduler tool on the MyWeber Portal from October 2-7. Appointments must be made through the Portal during this window in order to assure a virtual conference time slot.

Once you have scheduled, you will receive an email from your child’s teacher with a link for a Google Meet virtual meeting. Please confirm your email address information is correct on the MyStudent Portal prior to scheduling your appointment, in order to ensure you receive your virtual conference link. Prior to your conference time, the school will send out additional information on how to access your virtual conference if you are unfamiliar with Google Meet.

If for some reason you are unable to schedule a virtual conference, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
