1. Attendance

   1. Katie Amsden- Administrator, Angie Snowden- Secretary, Jason Hyde- Chair, Sharee Brand- Vice Chair,

1. Agenda:

   1. Review minutes from the previous meeting
      1.  these minutes were approved by the council
   2. Review school website
      1. We reviewed the community council tab and the school land trust link/school report.
      2. Errors to be corrected (by Katie)
         1. Add Link to Trust Lands training
         2. Add Diane Cooper to Council list
         3. Remove duplicates and fix Sharee’s email address
         4. Add By-Laws to Council page
   3. Review of School Report Cards (School Overview) 
      1. Self Reported Indicators  
         1.  (Behavior Advocates- Mr. Bob)
         2.  Tier II Instruction focus

      3.  Brenna Hyde is coordinating
         1.  Kids learning his songs at the beginning of PE and practiced in the home classrooms/grade level
         2. To be sung by all students at the Performance
