      1. Greatest Need Items
        1. USBE Literacy and Numeracy
          1. GOALS:
            1. READING Primary Indicator: 80% of Students K-6 will demonstrate proficiency on school generated reading assessments
            2. READING Secondary Indicator: Students K-6 who are not proficient by end of year will show 20% growth from beginning to end of year scores.
          2. Average growth defined - stats needed if we need to alter verbiage
          3. Dibels/Acadia - assessment for Reading and Phonics 
        2. Need for Computer Usage - Keyboarding
  4. ESSER Funds
    1. About $100 per student
    2. Funds SPED Aides
      1. Targeting grades 4, 5 and 6, knowing that the primary grades have more resources available.
    3. DreamBox - Math app
      1. About $20 per student, no site license
    4. iPADS for Kindergarten - 40 units coming
    5. Behavior Aid
  5. Goals and Tasks 
    1. Re-uping WatchDogs Program?
